G iven its many functions and small dimensions, this is the ideal model for those who require small and medium productions such as small pasta shops, hotels, restaurants, canteens and supermarkets.
Equipped with kneading dough, it is possible to obtain doughs to make them into sheets of any thickness.
The machine is also equipped with a cutter for creating tagliatelle, pappardelle, spaghetti alla chitarra and fettuccine.
The ravioli unit is complete with two pairs of calibrating rollers to adjust the thickness of the sheets.
The system for regulating the amount of filling can be adjusted during processing thanks to the input of the filling using a pressing system.
In addition, the double sheet ravioli unit creates split ravioli in the various shapes whether they are squares, circles, half moons, flowers, mushrooms, etc.
Particularly suitable for soft fillings of lean meats, ricotta, vegetables, cheeses and meat.
The machine does not need any scheduled maintenance. All moving parts are fitted on self-lubricating supports and ferrules.
