A machine particularly suitable for the production of stuffed pasta filled with meat. This machine is used in fresh pasta shops and also suit laboratories producing pasta. .

Interchangeable moulding machine that permits simple replacement and production operations of: pinched, minion and medium cappelletti, rough or smooth tortelloni, ravioli, raviolini, mezzelune etc. with dried meat stuffing, sealed on three sides.

Machine parts in contact with the filling can be removed to make cleaning easier and are made of suitable material for contact with food.

It comes with calibrator rollers that regulate the thickness of the sheet.
