M achine used to surface dry the product, preserving the original shape of the product itself.
The shaking movement, ventilation and heating separate the product, drying every single piece with the same intensity and moisture content so that it can be packed easily and considerably reducing the amount of moisture so it can be preserved for longer.
Stainless steel tubular supporting structure, fitted on adjustable legs with a non-slip base to level the machine.
It has 7 vibrating surfaces paired with an AISI 304 stainless steel mesh, individually removable and with a thickness significant enough to deal with continuous strain.
The side panels are insulated.
Ventilation and forced air circulation occurs through a group of electro-helical fans located underneath the vibrating surfaces.
The heater supply comes from a heat exchanger unit with stainless steel finned pipes.
Equipped with a mains switchboard with control display and temperature and moisture control regulation.
Work break management system of the surfaces (and treatment).
The oscillating mechanical movement whose intensity can be adjusted, comes from an eccentric system connected to a motor and enclosed in a chamber out-with the production zone so as to exclude the possibility of any kind of product pollution.
