F arfalle slicing machine (or farfalle machine) is a machine recognised everywhere thanks to the product obtained which meets all the taste and sensory standards as well as having the physical appeal of the artisan product.

Suitable for producing different sized farfalle, the machine has a vertical structure with calibration adjustment made up of a pair of rollers at the top and one of the two rollers slides down vertically when two special wheels are rotated manually; at the centre of the machine there is a system for cutting, shaping and expelling the product.

The entire structure of the machine is in stainless steel including the protective casing, while the materials that come into contact with the product are food compatible with the product to be processed.

In the lower part of the machine’s structure there is a product waste recovery belt activated by its own independent motor reducer that allows unused pasta to be recovered externally.

The machine is also equipped with its own EC standard electric system with a control panel consisting of 2 engine types one for the sheet and one for the product shaping, that are both powered by 2 speed controlling inverters.
