D ue to its production characteristics, this is the model that is used in the various food dough production sectors. t is used as a machine for fresh pasta shops, preparing the dough and continuous processing for the production of rolls for sheets and for the production of long pasta such as: tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine etc., as well as the production of various short pasta shapes such as fusilli, rigatoni, conchiglie, maccheroni, sedanini etc.
It can produce sheets whose thickness can be adjusted as well as fixed thickness for the production of sheet rolls or to be combined with the production cycle of shaping machines, tortellini machines, and cappelletti machines.
It is also suited for small dry pasta workshops.
Equipped with a dual tank, one of which is manually tiltable, allows for the production of doughs and continuous processing. Flouring unit shafts that can be dismantled and removed ensure a quick, easy clean.
he EP 55 model is equipped with a fan that partially dries the product that has just been extruded, ensuring it does not change shape.
Complete with electronic cutting unit that adjusts the product to the required length (max. 5/6 cm.)
Entirely made of stainless steel. All moving parts are fitted on self-lubricating supports and ferrules.
Extruder unit made entirely of stainless steel with internal bronze terminal ferrule for food products, arranged for water cooling (controlled by a thermal-regulator).
