Multiple functins, automated, compact model with superior output, is particularly suitable for fresh pasta shop, hotels, restaurants, staff/factory, kitchens, supermarkets, etc.

Fitted with wide floury dought kneader bowl (complete with dismopuntable shaft) and a 160 mm thick automatic laying cylinder group, it is able to supplì continuous output of roller past dought. The two couplet cylinders set on pads, with especially made side jambs and sealing devices eliminate the possibilità of dought penetration into the bearings.

The set is complete with double-sheet, rs 160 mm ravioli make and is able to produce various shapes of individually separated ravili thanks to the speed ans simplicity of exchanging moulds to shape squares, rounds, flowers, hearts, half-moon, etc.. It is a machine particularly appropriate for the processing of soft-filled pasta such as lean meat, ricotta, vegetable, chees, etc.

During the processing phase, the filling dosage is adjustable throught a small, feeling press. Two sets of couplet cylinders of55 mm diameter on bearings allows for the regulation of the layer thickness. Complete with a 160 mm cutter of pasta sheet, it allows the speed, and simplicity of exchanging moulds enable the automatic production of required lenght and thickness of pasta sheet for lasagne as well as tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine linguine, etc.
All moving parts are on auto-lubricating bearing, bushings and pads thus the machine does not need any scheduled maintenance. Widely tested technology and safety devices allows for safe and pratical use.
